  “LORING”智能咖啡烘焙机解决了传统烘焙机中一直未能解决的两大难题:一是烘焙过程的控制,二是除烟问题,做到无烟烘焙。其独有的“风味锁止烘焙过程”(Flavor-Lock Roast Process™)智能控制专利技术,是目前为止咖啡烘焙烘焙过程中的最先进的咖啡烘技术,它创造了一个“闭环”烘焙环境,去除了加热气体中的氧气,但同时增加热气体的湿度,不仅出豆率更高,更重要的是烘焙的口感更好;其独特的银皮、烟尘分离收集器,一方面将银皮彻底分离焚烧,从而使银皮收集器很干净、免清理,避免银皮燃烧产生火灾,另一方面将烟雾转化成高温水蒸汽后再次进入烘焙仓,从而形成一个“闭合”的热气循环系统,不仅做到无烟烘焙、无氧烘焙,而且大大节省能源(实验数据显示,它比传统烘焙机节能80% --- 这是个相当了不起的进步,按照厂家的测算,以美国的数据统计为基础,使用Loring咖啡烘焙机后,单是燃气一项一年可节约三万美元)。因为Loring烘焙机的传统意义上的“排烟管道”中排出的只是少量多余的热气,管道壁上无积垢(传统烘焙系统的排烟管壁上有咖啡油和银皮形成的积垢),从而解决的传统烘焙系统中因清理排烟管不及时而不可避免的火灾,这更是一个了不起的进步和福音,此外它也无烟尘排除,有利于环保。由于它的“闭合”热气循环系统,烘焙不会受天气变化带来的环境因素(温度、湿度)影响,无论春夏秋冬,其烘焙仓内的烘焙环境都不受影响,从而保证烘焙出口感一致的咖啡。由于LORING咖啡烘焙机烘焙的咖啡味道更干净、口感更活泼,因此深受许多烘焙师的喜爱。其电脑触摸屏操控系统,可以让烘焙师轻松地控制咖啡烘焙的每一分钟,让烘焙师能够轻而易举地复制烘焙口感一致的咖啡。最后一点也很有意义,售出的Loring咖啡烘焙全部可与互联网链接,生产厂家可以远程监控、指导烘焙,诊断问题,用户也可通过互联网远程操控、烘焙咖啡。
